The HR Leadership pulse is designed to be a resource for you to contribute to, and benefit from the data generated in a quick turnaround way. This is the launch survey for 2021. Each month the survey covers the same topics which are Operating Environment, Organisational and HR Focus. The survey is in three sections.

Firstly is a short section on sentiment and the external environment, then we look at organisation changes and finally where the HR & Talent community are focused.
